Thumbs down to Go Wild Casino’s Live support
If you have read any of my personal casino reviews you know that one of the biggest things I look for in a casino is the level in which the casino provides support to their players or potential players.
Visitors to the Epic Gambler may also notice that there is no Go Wild casino listed anywhere on the site even though they come highly recommended by other gambling websites. To be honest I've never had a good experience with Go Wild and with that being said I decided tonight to give them another shot. See if they improved since my last encounter with them.
On the Go wild website they list a promotion that states players can either receive a 100% match bonus or claim 200 free spins on Riviera Riches. Details about the match bonus are easily visible but I couldn't for the life of me see any details regarding the terms and conditions of the free spin offer.
With that I contacted what many websites claim is amazing support. Click the image below to view a larger version of the conversation.
This is the entire conversation and while it may seem short I can assure you I remained on the chat screen a good 5 minutes before finally closing it. Not only would the support team not answer my question, they didn't even bother to close the conversation. To me this is a prime example of poor customer service and it seriously disturbs me as an online gambler to see the following on their website.
